Meet the Leadership Team

Schools are amazing places! Every day, a billion young people across the world spend their days in a school of some description (UNICEF 2019). Society demands a lot from schools, expecting them to ensure pupils develop academically and socially, as well as tackling much wider challenges. These demands, alongside pressures from regulatory bodies and public accountability, lead to a big responsibility for the school’s leadership team.

Central to our leadership story at Moordown St John’s is a committed and experienced team with a well-established leadership framework which sets out our school’s goals, and how we will achieve those goals. We take account of the needs of the school; the needs of individuals and the vision and values of the school ethos.
