Slades Farm Trip - Reception

On Tuesday 6 June all of Reception went on a trip to Slades Farm.  We all walked there and enjoyed pond dipping, bug hunting, a bird quiz and catching minibeasts in nets.

We were excited to find lots of different creatures in the pond!

Isabella: 'I liked swinging the nets to catch some bugs'
Oliver:  The bird trail was fun because we got to see lots of birds'
Pearl: I liked pond dipping because I got 6 pond snails!'
Sophie: 'I liked pond dipping because I saw a water boatman'
