In Year 3, as part of learning about Hindu traditions and beliefs, we held a Diwali application day.
We had a visitor come in and talk to us about how her family celebrated Diwali in their home and we made a collaborative Rangoli pattern, which we now have on display.
We also made and painted diya lamps! The lamps below were made by Millie, William, Teo, Phoebe, Bella and Gracie.
