For World Book Day this year all the children were invited to come into school dressed as their favourite book character and bring in their favourite book to share with their friends. During the morning we had 2 parades in the hall (Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2) where the children had the opportunity to see all the marvellous creative costumes. We even had an unexpected visit from a dinosaur!
Back in the classroom, the children wrote an exciting story (as a class) which was later shared with other year groups for them to read.
