Using Trickbox to Manage Stress
Meet the school children using a box of ‘trick cards’ to learn how to prepare for adult life.
Trick Box is a whole child, whole school, whole family, emotional management and personal development programme for Primary children, their parents and school staff teams.
In line with key Mental Health and wellbeing guidelines, Trick Box helps to develop Happy Life Habits through the use of simple, fun, evidence based ‘tricks’ through age appropriate coaching models and 4 Trick Box themes:
CONFIDENCE: Confident – thinking, body-language, self-beliefs, Actions
CALM: Mindful – emotional management, relaxation, solution thinking
COMMUNICATION: Positive – communication, choices, behavior
CREATIVITY: Creative – mindset, interests, opportunities
