Chartwells – Hot School Meals

How do I order Hot School Meals?

All Hot School Meals must be ordered on-line from our provider, Chartwells (The Creative Kitchen for schools).
Their website can be accessed by clicking this link dorset.mealselector.co.uk or by clicking on the Chartwells logo here and on our homepage.

We encourage parents to tick the box to receive communications from Chartwells as due to the many product changes that are being enforced upon them from National Supply Change it is vital that these communications reach you.

Pupils in Years R, 1 and 2 are entitled to receive free Hot School Meals under the Universal Infant Free school meal initiative. Families on low incomes in other year groups may also be eligible.

How much do Hot School Meals cost?

From 1 September 2023 Families that are not eligible for free meals may order a hot school meal at a cost of £2.80 per child, per day.

What happens if I forget to order meals?

Please note that meals will only be provided to children if they have been ordered online prior to the deadline.
If you do not order a meal for your child, you will need to provide a packed lunch from home.
